My Promise to Cindy

My Promise to Cindy
Recently I had the opportunity to be part of a very special photoshoot at Cindy’s Promise – Rescue & Rehab with Twister.
Due to a condition called wry mouth, (where his upper jaw and nasal structure are abnormally formed) Twister was sent to the market at a very young age with a bleak future.
His luck changed when Cindy found him and he joined her rescue horses on her gorgeous property in Whittlesea.
Cindy’s passion is to help animals who are rejected because of old age, injury and sickness and at her rehab horses are plentiful.
When I arrived at the property I was greeted with a gorgeous driveway lined with trees and fencing any equine enthusiast would envy.
It wasn’t long before I met the first group of horses, all enjoying Cindy’s presence. Curious to meet me too, Twister greeted me and instantly stole my heart. A big, kind boy with the most gorgeous eyes that anybody could love. It was very clear from the happiness of the horses and their health that they hit the jackpot coming to Cindy’s rescue property.

Twister’s story has turned him into a celebrity and gained him front cover position on the Gippsland Horse Expo magazine.
The Gippsland Horse Expo is shaping up to be an incredible event with many stall holders in various equine disciplines and is held on Saturday 12th October from 10am – 4pm.

If you choose to support one cause in any way, I highly recommend Cindy’s Promise – Rescue & Rehab. Her love and passion for what she does shines through and I was impressed with her centre’s organised operation. There are many physical as well as financial responsibilities to provide ongoing care, feed, specialists feed for emaciated horses, medical supplies and veterinary expenses, to name a few.
Would you give up one cup of coffee this week to donate $5?
You will be supporting this worthy cause and helping Cindy to continue working her magic with horses in need. Click here if you can help.
